Each team member produces one solution sketch individually; the skill orchestrates the day but does not author the sketches themselves. Use Tuesday morning after Monday's target moment is locked. Output is the lightning demo board, sketch assignments, and the cohort of independent sketches that become Wednesday's heat-map material. It's a reusable SKILL.md instruction set that loads into your AI coding assistant on demand, no prompt engineering, no copy-pasting every session.

Run `npx @skills-hub-ai/cli install pm-triple-diamond-tool-design-sprint-sketch` from your terminal. The CLI writes the SKILL.md to the correct location for your AI tool (e.g. ~/.claude/skills/pm-triple-diamond-tool-design-sprint-sketch/ for Claude Code or ~/.cursor/skills/ for Cursor with --target cursor) and adds it to your project's .skills.json lockfile.
